<figure><img src="/files/IdVpPnStLR5llB1KXbm1" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

# Crafting

Crafting is one of the Core mechanics of the game and is the only way to get Items and Pets. Equipment cannot be found in Adventures, Expeditions and Underworld and can only be crafted by Chibis in the Buildings.

Each Building can hold 10 Chibis and 1 Mythic, that have the proper Crafting Perk. Mythic being an optional addition, that gives crafting material discounts.

Chibis with Weaponsmith, Armorsmith, Tanner, Alchemist and Caretaker Perks receive Crafting Mastery. Mastery can be increased with Leveling, Attributes and Equipment. The higher the Total Mastery of Chibis is, the better the items can be crafted.

## Weaponry

* Weaponsmith can craft weapons and shields in the Weaponry

![](/files/sF2JmfwxeyPQsQoSJJOX)

![](/files/TITgc6sNhZipLlvrfpJ6)

## Alchemy

![](/files/6WEz7AvjecVxBftVo8y4)

## Pet Shelter

* Requires Caretaker Perk and Pet Mastery from Chibis

![](/files/wX13WPR720AA2afeLdFi)

# Leveling

Leveling will be one of the primary means to get stronger. The only way to level up is going in Adventures or using Experience Potions from Alchemy Lab. Your Chibidango Heroes will be able to gain up to 50 Levels.

Every 10 Levels Chibis will stop gaining Experience and will have to Evolve on to the next Rarity. DGEMS and materials are required to Evolve. Equipment upgrade level is tied with the Chibi level, that means that a Chibidango cant equip an item that has a higher upgrade level then the current Chibi level.

* **1 - 20 Levels:** Chibis will have a Common rarity border
* **21 - 40 Levels:** Chibis will have a Rare rarity border
* **41 - 60 Levels:** Chibis will have an Epic rarity border
* **61 - 80 Levels:** Chibis will have a Legendary rarity border
* **81 - 100 Levels:** Chibis will have an Immortal rarity border

![](/files/dHvSYMaOrLVUQTqG4XV7)

# Equipment

Chibis have various features that determine some of the additional stats they get from Hairstyle, Eyes and Mouth. These features are race specific and are generated at random during minting and summoning. Chibis can get equipped with hats, masks, suits, trinkets and weapons of various rarities. Some items such as potions will be single use only.

## Items

* Equipment comes in 5 different rarities: Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary and Immortal.
* Immortal rarity items can only be created in the Weaponry, Armory, Tannery and Alchemy Lab.
* Immortal rarity pets can be adopted in the Pet Shelter.
* The higher the rarity, the less chance a Chibi can get the item during minting.
* The higher the rarity, the stronger the stats boost is for the Chibi.

![](/files/mvM4E4WxJH3b96nXi444)

## Upgrade & Evolve

Items will have 50 upgrading levels. Common Items can be upgraded to level 10, Rare to level 20, Epic to level 30, Legendary to level 40 and Immortal to level 50.&#x20;

The items can be Evolved to the next Rarity, which require a little bit more materials.&#x20;

Every **X Amount** of Levels it is required to burn identical items for the upgrade to slow down Item inflation in the game and on the marketplace.

![](/files/jmHRR2tnyFyeKVYRNyR2)

# Chibidango Perks

![](/files/27WMn6U3XMTuZ09TypV6)

## Epic & Legendary Hairstyle

Only the special ones with Epic and Legendary Hairstyles from Seasonal and Mythic sales will inherit the perks. Other Chibis will be able to learn Perks by going on Adventures, Expeditions and Underworld to find Perk Books or buying the Books on the Item Market. Perk Books will be very hard to find, because of the various benefits they provide.

![](/files/jvXmMVTTyfJgntZpDWZ4)

# Chibidango Skills

Each Chibidango will have Skills tied to their corresponding Attributes. Hairstyle will provide Chibis with an Active Skill. Active skills have an Energy Bar and once its on 100%, the Hero will be able to use his Active skill. Energy Bar fills up when the Hero is taking damage or has an item that fills energy at the start of the battle.

`Example:`` `**`Flame Blast`**` ``is an Active Skill that deals`` `**`140% of Attack Damage`**` ``against front-line enemies, dealing an extra`` `**`40% of Attack Damage`**` ``per round for 2 rounds.`

`Front-line enemies are the first two enemy heroes.`

Eyes and Mouth each provide a passive skill. Some passive skills will be just a boost to HP or Attack, other passive skills can be special.

`Basic Passive Skill`**`Attack Boon`**`: Increases your`` `**`Attack by 5%`**`.`

`Special Passive Skill`**`Ignite`**`: Each basic attack has a 35% chance to`` `<mark style="color:orange;">**`Burn`**</mark>` ``the target, dealing`` `**`80% of Attack Damage`**` ``per round for 2 rounds.`&#x20;

When <mark style="color:orange;">**Burn**</mark> is inflicted, it will cause damage at the end of each round.

## Mage Tower

Chibidango Heroes will be able to upgrade their Skills by defeating the guardians of the Mage Tower. The difficulty of the Mage Tower will increase once the guardians of a certain level are defeated. Once the guardians are defeated, they grant resources for Chibidango Heroes Skills to upgrade. Skills are upgraded with $DGEMS and Mage Tower resources.&#x20;

There will be a new **Magus Perk** associated with the Mage Tower.

# Dango Gems - $DGEMS

Dango Gems (DGEMS) are Fungible Tokens for the Chibidango Heroes Universe. Players are able to claim $DGEMS if they hold their Chibidango Heroes. Players will also be able to earn $DGEMS when they battle within the Chibidango Heroes Universe.\
\
$DGEMS are **minted** through players that do battles in Adventures, Expeditions, Underworld and Arena. Spending $DGEMS through Summoning, Crafting, Upgrading and other mechanics will **burn** the tokens. Our goal is to create a reasonably balanced mint to burn ratio.

There was no IDO and no pre-mints for the $DGEMS, all of them are community minted through NFT Staking and Gameplay.

![](/files/8p0toGmmjr4M4mWOs8W1)

## DGEMS Airdrop

Chibis are benefited with the $DGEMS Airdrop.&#x20;

Every week Seasonal, Tribute and Mythic chibis generate $DGEMS. Players are able to Claim $DGEMS through the Players Account on the Marketplace. Players can claim their $DGEMS whenever they want and pay a small fee for the transaction.

`Small fee for claiming $DGEMS approximately 1.5 ADA is to discourage bots and multi accounting when adventures start. Not claiming for a long time, will accumulate $DGEMS the players have.`

* Each Seasonal Chibi will contribute to **20 DGEMS** per week
* Tribute Chibis will contribute to **250 DGEMS** per week
* Each Mythic Chibi will contribute to **500 DGEMS** per week
* Summoned Chibis do not contribute to any DGEMS

![](/files/hOPSVjMBp5ArRpa8DX3Q)

## Rewards

Players will be able to earn $DGEMS through the Daily Quest activities, such as finding materials in adventures or winning battles in arena.

Daily Quests are locked by default! To enable them, players must buy the **“Book of Ryu”** item with $ADA for their Account. Book of Ryu is purchasable only once and is Account bound, this is to prevent $DGEMS farming through bots and multi accounting exploits. Book of Ryu will cost 40 ADA and half of the price will go to the [<mark style="color:purple;">Treasury</mark>](/treasury).

`Example: If the Daily Quests are open to anyone, bots will just farm and claim $DGEMS, then transfer chibis to another account, devaluing $DGEMS in the process.`

![](/files/drIZq7mskOabyOUs9y4k)

This is not the only solution battling the bots and multi accounts. Every time players transfer Chibidango Heroes from one account to another, Chibis will gain a **debuff** preventing them doing battles until the next day. Buying chibis from the marketplace wont place a debuff on them. Listing chibis on the marketplace and cancelling will place a **debuff** on that chibi.

`Example: Transferring chibis on a new account every time and gather resources, will devalue the resources in the process. Players will be able to sell resources on the marketplace and multi accounting will hurt the economy.`

Floor chibis wont be able to complete Daily Quests every day, the more you level your chibis and if the chibis have according perks, they will be able to complete quests on a daily basis.

![](/files/Ystr95oWQtWxChpE0key)

## Utility

$DGEMS are used for nearly everything in the Chibidango Heroes Universe. Summoning and leveling chibis, crafting and upgrading items will always burn $DGEMS in the process.

There is also a Merchant shop that will sell multiple unique items for $DGEMS. Increasing rarity chances to summon a better, rare chibi is one of those items.

![](/files/GX3LHBkgGf3wy0dL6knW)

# Summoning

Chibidango's can summon Chibis regardless of race or gender, they are performing a summoning after all. In order to have access to summoning a player has to have access to 2 Chibis, from 300 to 600 $DGEMS and 15 USD converted to ADA.

## Summoning

Any Chibi can be used for summoning, i.e the Chibis that have been summoned do not have the Perk to perform a Summoning, but are able to learn Summoning Perk via Summoning Stone item.

Summon Chibidango Heroes are the result of every summonings and do not get any special benefits, that Seasonal and Mythic Chibis have.

4 Core Races like Humans, Elves and 2 other that will be announced at a later date, will be able to summon 6 new Races. For Example summoning with Human and an Elf will grant a chance to summon a new race Sun Elves once the Summoning Game is released.

There is a cap on how many times a Chibi can be used to perform a Summoning. The cap that we have set is 5 Summons per Chibi. There are certain items like Summoning Stone and Summoning Shard, that grant a Summoning Perk or decrease the summon count by 1.

* Mythic Chibis receive a 50% DGEMS discount for the summoning cost
* Season Chibis receive a 25% DGEMS discount for the summoning cost
* Summon Chibis have no discount for the summoning cost and pay the full price

Important Chibidango Attributes are Hairstyle, Eyes and Mouth. Gender and Skin color have their own stat allocation, but do not posses a rarity table.

* Summoning with a Common Attribute, have a chance to summon a Rare Attribute
* Summoning with a Rare Attribute, have a chance to summon an Epic Attribute
* Summoning with an Epic Attribute, have a chance to summon a Legendary Attribute
* Summoning with a Legendary Attribute, have a chance to summon an Immortal Attribute

![](/files/yZhDAJwHtN4mKDPBS4Fo)

# Fusion

Players will be able to upgrade Chibi Attributes by fusing chibis (burning) into the desired Chibi. Hairstyle, Eyes and Mouth are upgraded separately from each other. Attributes are upgraded with **X Amount of Governance Tokens** (coming soon) and a chibi burn for fusion. Upgrading to the next Rarity requires Fusion Points, each chibi attribute has an amount of Fusion Points per rarity.

<mark style="color:green;">**`Common`**</mark>` ``gives 50 Fusion Points,`` `<mark style="color:blue;">**`Rare`**</mark>` ``gives 100 Fusion Points,`` `<mark style="color:purple;">**`Epic`**</mark>` ``gives 200 Fusion Points,`` `<mark style="color:orange;">**`Legendary`**</mark>` ``gives 400 Fusion Points,`` `<mark style="color:red;">**`Immortal`**</mark>` ``gives 800 Fusion Points.`

* <mark style="color:green;">**Common**</mark> to <mark style="color:blue;">**Rare**</mark> Attribute Upgrade requires 400 Fusion Points
* <mark style="color:blue;">**Rare**</mark> to <mark style="color:purple;">**Epic**</mark> Attribute Upgrade requires 800 Fusion Points
* <mark style="color:purple;">**Epic**</mark> to <mark style="color:orange;">**Legendary**</mark> Upgrade requires 1600 Fusion Points
* <mark style="color:orange;">**Legendary**</mark> to <mark style="color:red;">**Immortal**</mark> Attribute Upgrade: 3200 Fusion Points

`Example: Player can upgrade chibi Common Eyes to Immortal Eyes by fusing with 64 Common chibi or 8 Legendary chibi.`

Fusion is a mechanic that fights Chibidango Heroes inflation by fusing them together and reducing the circulation supply of heroes. Only Summoned chibis can be used for fusion, Seasonal and Mythic chibis can be upgraded, but cannot be fused (burned).

## Fusion Swap

Players will be able to Swap an Attribute of the same Rarity!

`Example: Chibi has Legendary Hairstyle, but the Player doesn't like it. He can Swap a Legendary Hairstyle from another chibi to override old Legendary Hairstyle and in the process chibi is burned.`

Fusion Swap will require **X Amount of Governance Tokens** (coming soon) and a chibi burn for swap.

![](/files/ayZspxJpKb05dPyyiHpP)

# Lands

Owning a Land plot will allow Chibidango Heroes to embark on a Voyage on their flying Ship. Gathering various building resources and ship parts will be the focus of the Voyages. Voyages take a long time to complete, that's why having a better ship will have an advantage.&#x20;

Land plots will start with the lowest Common Rarity. Upgrading Lands will require players to use Broken Cores. To obtain Broken Cores players will have to burn Land Plots that they don't need. There will be 6 rarities for the Lands - Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary, Immortal and Mythic. Only the top players will be able to upgrade Immortal and Mythic rarity Lands through Arena rewards. Creating Land Plots will require $DGEMS and ADA fee.

Players will be able to craft and upgrade their flying ships. Craftable ships will come as CNFTs, but the default ship will be offchain and will not have any upgrades. Default ships come with every Land Plot and are just there for chibis to use on their first journey.

Chibidango Heroes will be able to build and maintain Buildings on their own Land. Bigger lands will have the most allowed structures build on it. Some of these buildings will generate resources and $DGEMS. Buildings are craftable and will come as CNFTs.

<mark style="color:red;">There will be no Land Sales, instead Lands are a game mechanic. Players will be able to own only one Land Plot per User Account.</mark>&#x20;

As any Chibidango Heroes mechanic, 50% of Land fees will go to the [<mark style="color:purple;">**Treasury**</mark>](/treasury).

More info on the Land mechanic will come in 2024.

![](/files/mavB05Xfr9btCvlXKZ4H)

# Renting

Chibidango Heroes Team will provide a Renting System. Players will be able to put chibis on a renting marketplace for $DGEMS in return. Other players can rent chibis through a Smart Contract by paying in $DGEMS for a set amount of days up to one month. When the rented chibi expires, it is returned to the renting marketplace automatically for other players to rent again. Players can extend the time up to one month again by providing another transaction.&#x20;

* Rented chibis are locked and can only do battles, no summoning, equipping items, etc.
* Rented chibis are never transferred to other players account, they can only see and play with the chibi once they have payed for it.

Chibi Owner will receive the amount of $DGEMS when the renting time expires. Both parties can also cancel rented chibi at any given day.&#x20;

`Example 1: Player has rented a chibi for 30 days for 150 $DGEMS. Chibi Owner will receive 150 $DGEMS after 30 days have passed.`&#x20;

`Example 2: Chibi Owner canceled rented chibi after 4 days and the Player who payed for the chibi will receive 130 $DGEMS back by the renting system.`

Chibidango Heroes Team will take 5% $DGEMS and a 1.5 $ADA fee. $DGEMS are burned in the process, reducing the $DGEMS supply.

# Marketplace

Chibidango Heroes have their own [<mark style="color:purple;">Marketplace</mark>](https://market.chibidangoheroes.com) where Players can freely purchase and sell Chibis and any accessories in their possession from other players. The Marketplace has their own fee structure where 50% of the fees go into the [<mark style="color:purple;">Treasury</mark>](/treasury).

![](/files/50hwyCbyuTXNhq9iOmFB)

# Treasury

Our goal with the Treasury is to reward the players of the game for holding Chibis and playing competitively in the Chibidango Universe.

We want Chibidango Heroes to become a game truly owned and operated by the community that plays it.

The Community Treasury is live since September 2022 and receives revenue generated by Chibidango Heroes mechanics and Marketplace.

The Treasury will receive inflows from:

* 2.5%of all Chibidango Heroes NFT marketplace transactions.
* 50% ADA portion from the Summoning fee.
* 50% for Chest sales

# Team

Chibidango’s development team consists of game designers and software developers, who have gained experience working in both the FinTech and gaming markets over the past 9 years.

Crypto enthusiasts to the core - the team is looking forward to a financial revolution and a shift in the traditional monetary market.

The core difference between us and many other Crypto gaming/NFT projects is that we will be 100% honest both with the good and the bad news. That is also why you will never hear any vague promises from our side - we promise only things that we believe we can deliver.

We are always open to criticism and suggestions, as we want this project to truly be community based.
